is it bad when my car rolls with the car off clutch out and in first? It doesnt roll like its in neutral, it seems to grab, release , grab release. It never did this before. The clutch doesnt seem to be slipping. Is my clutch going or maybe my rear? Car has 71,000 miles on it.

Open the hood and have someone check your belt and pulleys to see if they are turning, when it, grabs and releases.
Might be your engine turning slowly...., that's probably what your feeling....
