Default I took the leap!

I took the plunge into the world of boost! I just bought a d1sc kit. Should get it by the end of next week. Any d1 guys got any tips for me. Is there anything that I should be aware of?

Just remember to always check for knock, especially if your on a stock block. One bad pass is all it takes.

the crank pulley is a pain to take off. take your time. for the blower belt, get in all the way on the blower pulley and as much as you can on the crank pulley and then just turn the crank pulley with a big wrench to get the belt all the way on.

Get an 8 rib kit if it doesn't have one already. Also a metal plenum as well. Start saving for new driveline components...

Congratz and welcome to the dark side

How much boost were you going to run. Might want to watch the injectors and make sure there big enough if you are going to run a lot of boost!
