Information is vague so far.
We know that customers have not been receiving their orders for some time now, and as a result of PR troubles, Carol Shelby's Co has backed out of their licensing deal with Unique Performance.
Several vehicles (~58 Mustangs, 3 Camaros) have been confiscated over suspicion of VIN number/title fraud.
Obviously Chip Foose/Foose Industries is not connected in any way and will be seeking new means to produce their custom 'Foose' car line-up.

That's Unique Autosports you're thinking of.
I work a few blocks from Unique Performance, always see them test driving their cars on the street next to my building. I heard a fleet of wreckers showed up and started taking shit. After seeing the article saying 61 cars, it would take a couple wreckers.
EDIT: One time I was rolling next to one of the '69 Camaros. I couldn't get him to run it, shortly thereafter he came flying past me. :eyes: Sounded great though.
