Default Need new window motor? Ebay?

I have a dying driver's window motor I believe. I found replacement window motors on Ebay for around $15. That is awfully cheap. Has anyone bought one of these off of Ebay? They can't be much worse than the factory motors.

I got mine from ebay. It was a set actually, saving the one for when my passenger window motor fails (it is a bit weak but not dead yet, and don't feel like ripping the door apart to get to it). The one I put in the driver side works fine. A little noisier perhaps than the stock one in the passenger side, but not bad. Of course, that could also be due to it moving so much faster

I got a motor from ebay. It died in about a year. Then I replaced both with ones from Advance for about $50 each. It's been 2 years and their still going strong. The stock ones never worked this good.

Buy one locally at autozone or something. That way if it dies again you can take it back.

I bought two new ones (cheap) off an ebay store, one for me and one for a friend - box I handed him worked fine, mine was noisey from day one. If it was from auto zone and bad I could've brought it right back while I still had the door panel off. I'd get one locally with a lifetime warranty.

I bought one a while back off of a store on ebay. Really no noise that I can't put up with and it works fine. It has been in there for 4-5 months now. Little noise is better than a window that doesn't work.

Get the one from Siemens. I've gone through several and that one by far is the best. Swapping out the window motor is not something I want to do more than once...........

I've replaced both my window motors and each time I bought them from Autozone. Can't bea the price or the warranty.
