Model 2825. Flashpaq handheld? Purchase price is $200 from a friend. Lists for $400+. Is it worth it and can I expect any hp gains?

It depends if the program comes with the shift points,If it does I would defenetly pick it up,Also make sure he un-programs his car.."he must set his car back to stock setting before selling it to you.The power programer saves your vin#,You will not be able to use it until he erases his vin #

You are not going to pick up much in the way of HP... I would take that 200 and put it towards a dyno tune.....

Of all the mods listed there this is by far the best one.

Seriously though, I don't find the handheld tuners to be worth anything on these cars. Put your 200 bucks elsewhere.

$200 - $300 , depending on where, and what mods you have on your car.

of course thats for a basic tune, you get into forced induction and the like and the price goes up.

I wouldn't touch any handheld with an 80-ft pole. Only a professional tuner w/ my car on a dyno. ONLY.
