New guy from Cali
I just picked myself up a 2001 Z-28 convertible. Thought that it was time to get rid of my gtp and get a reall car...
So to start off with i have a couple of questions.
1. After "getting on it" in first I noticed that there was a low traction light that came on. I am used to this light because the GTP also had TCS, but my GTP also had a button to shut it off. I can not find the button in the camaro, so uhh where is it?
2. What is the normal operating temp. of these things? After driving around for awhile the guage stayed right around 210. Im guessing this is pretty normal, but my gtp had a 160 thermo in it, so i havent seen that high of a temp in a while.
That about sums it up. Nice sight that ya'll got here, im sure that there is a wealth of knowledge that i can educate myself with. And greetings from foggy CA...

Still cant find the TCS button. There is a spot above the radio that looks like it should have one (right next to the fog light switch,) but there is no button.
San Jose huh...im in a small town that you have never heard of on the central coast

Thanks for the welcome. I am from the central coast, a small town called Lompoc. I guess my car doesnt have traction control, just the light that comes on.
So what kind of exhaust does everyone recommend? At this point im just going to look for a cat back system, and i really dont want anything annoyingly loud. Just want something to make the car sound a little bit meaner.
