Default Gear Size
What would be a good gear size for me to put in my 79 Caprice. It has a 4.10 right now and i need more of a highway gear. Any suggestions?

2.73's, 3.08's or 3.23's would be good highway gears. What are your thoughts/plans? Does it have overdrive?

Well i want to make it into an everyday driver but keep it quick.
And I do not think it has overdrive.

If it has od I would get 3.42's , I had a 85 SS monte that is in the same league as ur caprice that came with 3.73's and did fine
