For anyone that has had their sail panel repaired/repainted...what did it cost you?

If you have the glue bubble issue you need to replace the roof which on a t-top car costs around $1100 and a hard top I've heard around $2G.
If it's just a prep and respray maybe around $500 or $600???

I was quoted $1500...haven't done it yet, though...didn't like the shops work. I let them paint my spoiler as a test run...they did ok, but not the quality I would expect.

what yr is your car, I'm guessing that your out of the 6 yr waranty, if not read the sticky at the top. I got mine done with 2 week left on my 6 yr waranty for rust and rot. the dealer did it no ? asked.didn't cost me a dime.

I took mine to the dealer where we bought my wifes Torrent and they replace it no problem. And it was about 6yrs 6mos past my in service date.

I was told it would cost 90.00 for them to pull my sail panel. So I didn't even inquire about the full cost.

Unfortunately you have to replace the entire sail panel to permanently get rid of the bubbles
