Need help removing M6 pedals

Anyone have a writeup or trick to pulling these out? I'd like to know what I'm up against before trying.

its not bad at all.Just have to rotate them at the right angle to pull em out

leave them and put the clutch pedal to the floor. That's what I did anyway.

I can't leave them because I'm swapping my setup with another member's from the board.
