Default Hard shifting after clutch/flywheel replacement

Last night I installed a spec stage 3+ clutch and spec aluminum flywheel. I blead the clutch and it has a good feel, engauging just before halfway up. but the shifting is very notchy since I installed this. it is especially hard to shift fast. Is this to be expected with this clutch and flywheel? Can I do anything to reduce it?

The release point sounds dead-on...that being said you shouldn't have any issues with shifting. I have to ask...have you done the drill mod? Are the slave and master cylinders new? Let me know and I will be happy to assist you! Thanks,

I dont know the drill mod so I have to say no. The slave is new, master is stock. I will look around the forum for the drill mod.
