Default test driving a gto today...

I've been looking for a black on black 05-06 automatic but it appears that combo is pretty rare. It looks like most black autos down here have the red interior.

During my search I found a cyclone grey, 06' auto, with 9K miles. I'm going to go check it out and test drive it after work.

Is there anything specific I should be looking for with these cars as far as problem areas or anything? I doubted but just double checking. thanks

nothing really problematic on the 05's as far as i can remember...if it has 17's and 245's up front check for strut rub on the inside of the front tires 9 a change to 235's fixes the problem...and really thats it...if it drives nice and doesnt look abused go for it!

06 should be fine...only issue was failed struts but that usually showed up within the first 2000 miles...if its got a few on it it should be fine cause they've probably already been replaced...just check and make sure it was unmolested and good luck not buying it...lol

The only problem I can think of are the f-body owners.
