Gears & Axles - Quick question-part number for DS on 2001 Z..dealer screwing me!

:punch:Greetings, i sent my Z-28 in for service and they said it needed a new DS, but they could not find a part number or the TSB listing it, any help ? it is a 2001 Z , M6

thanks , they told me they couldnt even find a part number for a DS on thier own chevy parts computer !

I would try GM Parts Direct or some other online GM parts distributor to see if they list the part and notes about an updated or superceeded driveshaft. Most likely will get a much better price to.
Maybe, just maybe the dealer that told you this can get the TSB listed for you to read :)

i offered to go home and look up the TSB, they could not find one, he said they were "no longer on his system"...hmmm..
