HAHAHA there is only one thing i know of that can seperate enough hydrogen for something like that i'm willing to bet my car and home that that guy is not the patent holder of that device.
Look up HHO welder on youtube. Now that **** is real and the US government and automakers have jumped all over that guys ****. He holds contracts with all the major manufacturers.
You can actually buy one of the welders too. It is dope as hell. They have already started using them in high schools from what i've heard. Supposedly the inventor is developing a way to make the same hydrogen seperated usable as a hybrid type thing with a car engine. He got his personal taurus to run a prototype model and get 60+mpg if i remember correctly.

sadly enough honda has a car with a fuel cell that will power an electric motor. ready for lease in summer of next year. zero emissions......i dunno i just like the smell of gas in the morning
