Default 224/224 .581/.581 Cam Vs 228/228 .588/.588 Cam

Which cam would be better suited for a street car that is driven pretty regular?

I want great perfomrance but don't want to deal with changing the springs so often or having a high risk for breaking a spring. (Comp 918's will be used.)

Finally which cam would work best with a 3500 Stall?

Thanks In advance

Floyd

The smaller of the two.

It has worked great for my dailey driver!

Thanks for the reply. Raughammer do you have any more info on the C2 cam? I could only find one post about it on your page. Do you have any A4 with stock heads dyno #'s?

Thanks For all the help

I have the C2 cam, and its VERY streetable. Mines' the 114lsa version, and just lumpy enough at idle to be noticable to the trained ear. Pulls hard all thru the revs and really kicks in at 4500rpms.
