Single Digit Club - Im In! 9 second run in My Turbo Camaro( Title Change)

Finally took another trip to Ok to run at Thunder Valley.
My car ran a best pass of 9.66 at 145 mph.My previous best was a 10.22 at 135mph.My 60fts were still only 1.55s so I think with a 1.4x 60ft I could be in the sub 9.50s.

Engine is a forged 346 with stock heads and 550 lift cam
Turbo kit is a GT-42 76mm with reversed 6.0 manifolds
Th400 with TB and 2 step and Moser 9.

It was a fun trip and we all had a blast!Good way to end the season

Congrats, I think we have a simillar set up . I ran a 9.98 last week . I am still on a stock bottom end.

What RPM are you 2 stepping at and about what boost do you leave at .. RPM ????
What gears do you run ? What total boost do you run ?

Who's 2 step are you using?

Im on a stock block and crank with H beam rods and Mahle pistons.
I 2 step it at 3300rpms and leave with about 5or6 psi off the line.I have a 3400 converter.
And its the new LPE 2 step

The top end on that car is nuts, congrats.

Dang! I'm doing a similar build over the winter and would've loved to see it run! I'm about 15 mins from that track. Oh well, congrats man and I'll let you know when the local club hits the track again next season.

The LPE 2 step seems to be a really good piece.It was so so sooooo easy to install and worked great.I would buy it if I were you.

Its a 6.0 manifold kit we made with 2.5 pipe to the turbo and 3inch from the turbo to TB.

whats the 1/8 mile time and mph?

goodjob ! just curious what make/model is that trailer and what truck are you towing it with?

the 1/8th was 6.25 at 116
and Im not sure on the trailer but the truck is a 05 6.0 liter 5spd 2wd Chevy

Curious as well. That's scootin' for that track which is not known for it's prep and favorable DA's.
