What's your opinion? I have done exhaust, lid etc. Should I go with a cam swap or go with a rear and suspension? I do plan on motor upgrades in the future. Also my current 10 bolt already has a serious whine in it.

since you have an m6, id go for the rear. when you upgrade in the future you do not have to worry about snapping your axle.

I would probably do the rear now. No, it won't make you faster but it would totally suck to do heads/cam and then bust your rear the next day

Another vote for doing rear and suspension first. I am considering the same thing as you and I am going to get suspension then get a stronger rear so I can run a better tire and launch the car hard without having to worry about snapping the stock rear.

i'd do the rear end, especially if it's a daily driver, and even moreso if it's already whining at you. once the rear is in, you can feel free to go ape **** on the engine mods without worry of the rear grenading on you

Go with the rear, you are going to bust the stock one. I have an auto and with bolt ons and 125 rwhp shot I busted my 10 bolt on the street. I was not even using nitrous when it happened.

Something that you want other than a rear.

I'm with the general concensus on this one...do the rearend and suspension first. Bolt-on stuff seems to change alot more often than a good rearend will!!

Rear.

My 10 bolt was doing fine, so I went heads/cam and I already had N2O. First time I tried to air it out at the track on spray I blew the posi to hell on the 1-2 shift on Nitto DRs. Now I have to hear it from the local guys cause I won't take it to the track for fear of blowing it again, and I won't race any other way besides a 2nd gear roll. Hindsight is 20/20

Get the rear. It can make you faster in the quarter if you dont have to worry about slappin sticky tires on to bring down your 60'.
