I have a 98 TA and my dash is cracked on the passenger side near the winshield, is that the upper dash pad? and how do you replace it....have any pictures?...know where to get one and how much? Thank you!

They lift off.
The only place to get one is from a GM dealer, or used.

I got one on Ebay for $75 used with no cracks for my 95 T/A. Just pops out and pops in. :nod:
