Default transmission hydraulics question...

i am ordering a ls7/ls2 clutch setup this week, and i want to go ahead and change my master and slave cyclinders while im at it, other than making sure there the 01'02' models, is there any better cyclinders that i should be looking at? or should i just go with GM and not worry about it?

thanks in advance,
michael

Well now when you order the new slave cylinder they all are the updated ones so dont worry about the P/N because they superced with the old P/N.

Absolutely do the drill mod. There's no down side to it.

Hey hey.. I can say that i have been throught this recently... i went with all Gm hydralics I wish i would have done the drill mod while i was in there. as for an adjustible master... some cars need it and some cars dont.. I have gotten used to mine... and it saved me money and if your going with a Gm clutch there shouldnt be a problem with gm hydraulics.
