Stereo & Electronics - head unit that works with steering wheel controls

is there a head unit that works with the steering wheel controls? im sick of looking at them and not being able to use them! i have a cheapo headunit that was in the car when i bought it.

you gotta get the adapter and you can use them with whatever headunit you want to use if i'm not mistaken. it's not too hard to find if you search it
