I could have sworn I read Tilton, but I just checked their website and I don't find any mention of clutch master cylinders. Am I missing something? What are you using?

What size bore?
And what are you running for a rear diff? I've heard a stock diff with a locker is enough to handle a basically stock LS1? I'm not a Nissan guy btw, so I don't know about the different rear diff's available.
The r230 is the bad boy diff for nissans. It is out of 300zxtt. They only come in 3.69 gear ratio. They are just a little bit bigger than a ford 9" center section. They are very stout. I have found several on ebay for around 200 or 250 dollars.

the R200 that comes in the 240sx stock is very strong, just get a good differential like KAAZ or Nismo and it'll hold up solidly.
You could also find an Infiniti Q45, I believe around a 94, 95, 96. They came with the r200 but with limited slips.
