I have this kit with all the options+wheels and tiers and all the donor parts needed to finish the car. the kit is sitting in my garage for almost a year, i have invoices for all the parts and the kit totaling about 25k (IRS kit +IRS from 03 Cobra + after market HD axels +04 cobra brake kits front and rears)

No, they are the only thing you need. ( I have the engine and the trans /LS7 and a g-force but that will cost you so much)

the ford 5.0 and the t5 is a bolt on for this car.headers and side pipe are included in the kit.
