check/mill every flange, replace the turbos or have a repair shop balance them
every part of that kit is made in china, and without proper preparation you would be surprised how off/warped a shiny looking kit could be.

I just bought this kit a month ago. I bought it when the ebay seller was selling it without the turbos. Bought everything for $400 minus of course the turbos. I have yet to try it out though other then mocking it up. The only issues so far are the flanges are not 321 or 304 SS like the seller indicated. I believe they are steel. I did the magnet test everything passed expect for the flanges. Everything else seems to be of good quality...Intercooler, piping, and welding. My recommendation is to at least ditch the turbos. I read all the complaints from the notorius housing coming apart to the compressor wheel shredding after a 30 min run. I think I will also take advise from the member stating about the flanges being warped just for precaution even though they look pretty straight.

that's not really an issue. but like I said, even though they may pass visual I would still check them with a straight edge and get them milled if needed, including the v bands, and also make sure they line up with the exhaust ports/bolt holes on the head!
