Intermitent Starting Problem Update
Here's the latest......
Found a Fuel pressure tester........checks okay
Got a spark tester...................... No spark
Based on everything you fellas have told me, it has to be the Crank Position Sensor. I'm getting no codes, the battery is fully charged, the engine is cranking, and I even got it to start up this morning. It ran great, and as soon as I stopped it, it wouldn't start again.
There is one question though....if the senser has failed, why is the engine starting at all? Is it a fluke? Is the sensor finding a "sweet spot"? It still starts once in every 15 or 20 times. I don't crank it all at once, i crank it about 3-5 times every morning to see if it will light up, so as not to wear out the starter. It lights up once every few days like there was never a problem.
Also, when I replace the Crank Sensor, is there a requirement to have the pcm re-programed to accept the perameters of the new sensor? Some things I have read say this may be necessary. Thanks for the help.

Just out of curiosity have you tried swapping the ignition relay?
If that doesn't help you can be sure it's the crank sensor.
And to reprogram it search "crank sensor relearn" on here. It's a pretty simple procedure.
