It all depends on the drivers experience, altitude and weather conditions. When my buddy's 99 m6 was stock he hit a 13.00x once, I forgot the mph. But he would usually run 13.2 -13.4's. In my 02 a4, bone stock, best time I ran was a 13.6xx at 104 mph. After free mods and HP tuners I've got her down to a 13.2xx at 108 mph.
