Default Exhaust Tips Hitting Bumper

I installed my AAP Y-Pipe and it has made the Loudmouth tips hit the bumber on the car. I have done a lot of laying with it, but I am having trouble getting it to stay. Any suggestions? I was considering just going with MAC Headers and using their Y-Pipe and cats. But I really like the look of the AAP Y-Pipe. Looks like quality work. I would appreciate any help you guys can offer.

Raise the middle joint to drop the back. Might have to
loosen the front joints as well as the Y-I, jack the
center up to shimmed tight (want at least 1/2" to keep
from banging, between exhaust and any close metal all
down the line). Might look for a longer rubber hanger
isolator thingy if this is how the back end is hung.
