Changing cam..best possible with TFS heads?

Default Changing cam..best possible with TFS heads?

I have a Torquer v2 in my car right now and i think its holding me back power wise with my heads.Im looking to maximize the setup.I think ive narrowed it down to 3 cams..MS4,vindicator,or a spec'd patrick g cam.Im leaning towards the vindicator because it seems to thrive with these heads.Whay do you guys think...all help is appreciated

I see your in Florida. Give my man John @xXx motorsports a call for a custom cam. He knows his stuff. His setup with Trickflow heads and his custom cam made 500RWHP through a 12-bolt on a set of 27" hoosiers. He ran an 11.0@126.5 at 3700 pounds.

the vindicator is unlikely to clear with ur heads being milled and running the thinner gaskets. u will prob have to go custom and i doubt u will gain much more peak if any maybe just a bit more under the curve. unless ur ready to pull the heads back off and flycut. which wont be fun with the 13.5* valve angle on the tfs heads as u will need a junk head with the same angle.

If anything it will be because of the .40 gaskets.Being milled to 61 will clear fine with the vindicator as many people run the setup.Ill call ron tommarow and find out...ill be doing the swap myself..i cant handle the install costs anymore

jeremy over at mph can design u a cam also. that vindicator is going to be a brute with an auto-more power to u.

I had good results with a 236/ 242 on a 110 +2 .040 cometic and a 61cc chamber

I have the TFS heads milled to a lil over 61cc but I have GM MLS gaskets and I have the vindicator cam.

I would def. go with the ms4 i havn't heard anyone complain with the same set up.

Right now its blowing through the fuddle converter and i was only able to get 405/388 unlocked.I drop the car of finally tommarow(tues)to get the PT4000 and the FLT level 5 put in and they are going to strap it back on the dyno to see what shes made of ..i should pick up more power..Ron said it would clear and make some sick power,so it looks like thats what im doing..
