19x8.5 in the front and 20x10 in the rear on the street.

Wow. I gues you changed from a S/C setup judgeing from the COG pulley and the huge power steering pulley also. Nice!

Yes you can build it lower and delete one more source that can leak!
It was really nice to weld on, no problems at all...
