Default oil in the exhaust port

what does it mean when there is oil in the exhaust port?bad piston rings?engine will not turn over,as if seized.help!!

take the spark plugs out, put it in neutral/ take out of gear, put a ratchet on the crank pulley, and try to turn it.

did your oil pressure drop, engine make a loud boom, did you work on it and it would not start, etc... what exactly happened?
