aftermarket front fascia for TA's

Who makes the aftermarket front fascia for the Trans Ams with the bigger license plate hole and foglights delete. I've seen it used for FMIC's. Thanks.

It has been awhile, but I do believe it is a flat black looking color. Just the finish they use.
