Default Safe redine for stock internals, but upgraded rockers and lifters?

I have a heads and cam 82' Corvette. I'm thinking to upgrade the rockers (Crane) and lifters (Caddy) and switching out my stock manifolds for Bassani Tri-Ys. The stock redline is 6,500, but if on the dyno it still seems like it wants to make power, would 7,000 be safe with stock internals?
