Default Flowmaster Collector

My new Y-Pipe has a Flowmaster collector that connects to the I-Pipe. Is this going to cause more noise in the cabin? I don't really mind too much, I just wanted to know. I seem to have a wired noise coming from there, like almost a vibration. I looked and the exhaust is not touching anything. It almost sounds like the collector is making the noise. Any help would be appreciated.

DO you think that it made a difference in the sound. I am wondering if the collector is making the exhaust have a lower tone and therefore causing more vibration.
