Default orange spots on white paint

Hey guys, I'm new to the site and had a question for you. I have some small orange spots on my car. Mostly on the rear bumper. It sort of looks like rust spots but I know it can't be rust. What is it and how can i get rid of it and make it not come back.

Thanks

Brake dust particles.

It will always come back.

Clay bar to take them off and keep a good coat of wax.

My first Camaro was a 92 and it was white also. I had to reomve them and keep heavy wax on it. This Camaro is also white, I have not had any of those spots yet. But I keep looking. Just keep wax on it. Clay Bars work wonders for anything that is stuck to the paint.

how do I use the clay bar. I bought a meguires pack last year a tried it. I thought I followed the directions right, but it didn't pick up anything, just left the surface realy sticky. I used plenty of spay too.
