Shifter Question

Hey guys Im looking at getting a nice aftermarket shifter since i doubt the factory one is capable of a beating all the time. I like the Ripp shifter but Im just wondering what everyone else is using? thanks

I like my billet hurst... very happy with it.. its not super notchy, but everyone thats first driven a 6-speed in my car always found 3, instead of jumping to 5th....
