Default That stock T-56 sure can take a pounding!

Just got home from a rained out track rental, but before the rain hit, I got a new personal best!

Stock T-56 tranny with 67K miles on it. Stock bottom end H/C and all the bolt ons.

Man, I know some can't get into the 11's with the stock unit, I don't know what guy/girl at the GM plant put mine together, But I sure as hell owe him/her a bottle of whatever he/she drinks!

As soon as I get a video, Ill post it up.

to be trapping 132 with 4.56s and a 28" tire, youre turning 7200+ rpms across the line?

Im hitting my 7200rpm limiter as soon as I cross the traps. Don't forget that a 28" slick will grow a little at 130+mph Call me a sick f*ck but I can tell if it was a good run by how quickly after the win light comes on I hit the limiter at the end. If I hit the limiter exactly at or right before the win light bulb lights up, I know it was a good run! lol

Video should be up tonight when I get home from work.

WOW man congrats on that time. Looks like that T56 is definitely a freak. More impressive that your stock bottom end is taking 7200rpm

Well I remember Joe and Amber of SixSPeedsInc saying they spun their stock bottom end Camaro to 7600 or 7800rpm with their 10.1 run

Nice times. We ran 10.11 on a stock t56. It is a rush to shift at 7400rpms but the stock blockers don't like it forever

Keep up the nice times!

We spun our STOCK SHORT BLOCK CAM ONLY 8100rpms. Made 400 passes and I should have kept that. Instead we decided on our Project Crazy rpms since Joe is such a fan of large HP, NA 10K shifts

Good thing we are hitting the track friday. Lets see if she will turn 10,500:O
