what is the difference from the ls1 gto and ls1 trans am? from the last year of trans am and first year gto comeback?

All `01-`04 LS1's are identical the only differences are due to packaging for the different chassis. Air intake Oilpan Exhaust manifolds etc....

Horsepower and torque numbers are basically identical, if that's what you're getting at.
