Default Spy photo (Possible new rims)

Well today I stopped by xstaz28's house and test fitted his old 18in Z06 rims. They turned out looking really good even tho they are tucked in the car a little more then wanted. But it seems like I will probably be picking these rims up on FRI . So here are a few "spy" photo's from eariler today

It looks really nice since it's lowered, and I can't say enough good things about the fender stripes. It might just be the photo, but did you also paint the housing (shinny silvr part) of your headlights black? keep up the good work

WOW!!!! Those look damn good on your car. You definately need some of those for permanant use. IMO, they tuck just right, but I like rims that tuck.

Yep definitely the right wheels. I always say Z06 rims look best on Camaros.

Is the paint you used for the headlights high heat paint or regular?

Kev,

Nice meeting you last night. Car looks great - even better with the Z06's but heck I'm biased.

Take care of that car and keep improving it. Doing a great job!

TT2s are more played out than Z06 wheels. I like the Zs on your Camaro better. As for them being tucked in, I also think they look perfect as shown. You aren't one of those guys that likes the tires to stick out a few inches are ya? Mullet boy! (j/k)

Looks pretty sick, what springs do you have on your car? It has a really good stance to it.

First off thanks for all the comments. I like how 18 fill the space up better, so it looks like I will be taking them, possibly this FRI. Now off to all the small Q's .

SSpilot - I have a buyer already set up to buy the old ones, I had a ad here in the for sale section but all the replies were for me to keep them .

BigBlackZ28 - Just plain old body paint. Primer, color, and then clear coated. The only area where it gets semi hot is kept unpainted.

Xsta Z 28 - Looks like I'm taking them, so I'll give you a call FRI afternoon on your cell and see what we can set up. And yea you are biased :p

Nine Ball - I hate when the wheels stick out of the car. The TT2's were even with the outter fender's which looks a little bit better, but they still look good tucked. I am FAR from a mullet person! heh

SiggyBaby - I was the 2nd person to have them made from mark last yr, but he now sells them at afterthoughtsauto or something like that. Its one of the links on the right.

I'd ditch the played out G/S stripes since they look poseurish on a f-car, and I'd maybe try to come up your own stripes... I like the stripes on the Hot Rod red Z/28.

ZO6's look real nice on your ride. I think much better than the TT's. Good move. Now, are you going to replace that flat hood?
