Default Cleanest Double Dinn install in TA- howd they do it?

so this is just a wierd car. A 2002 converted to look like a 69. I was reading the other thread about it when i noticed a small detail; a stock looking double dinn install. It looks like it was just popped in there as if the car from the factory had double dinn.http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/te.../photo_15.html

how the heck did they do that? It seems almost impossible to everyone here. Any one know how to get a hold of them and ask?

heres the original link

that dash is NOT your normal TA dash, they have done some really one off custom stuff there. you can see how the dash is sectioned on the side of radio/HVAC area. you can get a double din in a TA but it requires making a new trim panel and moving the HVAC control down as far as poss by slotting the mounting holes and removing the plastic divider between the radio and HVAC control. I have seen alot of attempts but this is the slickest I have found by far,

along with the first 2 installs of this post,

You should be able to use some of the info contained in these posts to do double DIN.

you can do a double din headunit if you like, I meant just follow those post as an example on building a trim plate.
I like the carputer idea because you can configure it how you like and upgrade certain aspects later if needed instead of a whole new headunit.
I have yet to build my carputer, still gathering ideas and parts.
