Southern Members - any1 know a notary?

i have a motorcycle...that i need registered...the guy signed the title...but in louisiana, you have to have a notorized bil of sale. ive had the bike almost a year now.... and havnt driven it. the owners address is on the title but apparently he doesnt live there anymore...so i cant look in the phonebook? does any1 have advice?

google his name....might be able to come up with something....or his relatives. how about 411 information? they might could help.
