Default What do you guys think of this combo before i begin assembly???

Procharger D1SC with 8 rib upgrade and 4.5" intercoolers. ATI pin kit and ATI dampner.

Speed inc 370" iron block, stock crank, eagle 4340 H-Beams with L-19s, Diamond -14.9cc pistons, ARP main studs

unported LQ9 heads I bought from another member on here with double springs good to .650 lift

ARP Head Studs

LS6 Intake, stock throttle body

EPP boost cam 232/240 .596/.602 on a 115

GMPP-Cadillac racing lifters, I'll be buying new buckets for the lifters

60# injectors

SLP ported oil pump and SLP double roller timing chain

I'll be using the GM MLS gaskets. Not sure if i should go 3 or 5 layer though?

Will be buying a TCI flexplate also.

This will be going through a transbraked th400 with a ATI Treemaster 9" converter with a ~3800 stall and unknown rearend yet.

I plan to push this D1SC for all its got. I'll be upgrading to a FMIC and aftermarket heads sometime during the year most likely. Just wanna make sure theres not something i should change before i start screwing this thing together finally.

I have strongly been considering hitting it with a 100-200 shot on top of the blower possibly also. With the proper fuel system and tuning will this motor handle it?

u might want to consider adding a sdce tensioner to your list to keep the belt slippage to a minimum if u are going to take the blower to its limits

Woops forgot to add that, i knew something important was missing. I was trying to decide between the SDCE or the FMIC as the first upgrade after i get it going actually.

We've used stock throttle bodies on quite a few builds without having any problems. I'd say it will take you as far as the D-1SC can handle. It would be interesting though to take it to it's max, then swap it out for a 90mm. Bob
