well i am planning on selling the borla and instead of buying another catback just go with a dumped bullet.plus i think it looks cleaner without tailpipes

If you are pushing more power than stock (say heads and a cam for example), the most benefited exhaust gain will be netted by the cutouts.

Past that, the most free flowing, best power making exhaust is Borla, so going with a different catback will not benefit you anything, and as slight as it might be, you may loose some HP.

I replaced my Borla with a bullet and it sounds great! I also added an elect/cutout to open at the click of a switch. So to answer your question you will not lose power and might even add some!
