Default Subframe connectors..... worth the money?

My car is street and strip so handling is important, are subframes needed or are they just an accessory? Is it worth the money?

Reduce chassis flex to a minimum and increase your handling capabilities with a set of BMR subframe connectors. These weld-in subframe connectors fit 1993-2002 F-bodies and will work with all aftermarket exhaust systems. All mounting plates are made from either 3/16" or 1/4" laser cut plates for the ultimate in strength. Boxed connectors use 2" square tubing while tubular connectors use 1-5/8" roll cage tubing. Available in Black Hammertone or red powdercoat.

I think they're good to have. You're looking for an STB too, right? Thats something I wouldnt waste my money on.

I'd definitely recommend them on a flimsy f-body, especially if you have t-tops. Get the weld-in type though.

That is one of the most important items for drag racing, unless of course you like twisting and cracking your chassis! LOL Put them on, you will notice a difference in handling for the better as well, plus a great piece of mind!

Any local Houston shops that could install them?

yea i tried to explain that to someone on the other boards but he swore up and down that the f-body was a redesigned subframe car that didnt flex alot. Just ignored him.

I'll suggest Bryan Pavlock...

as for the subframe connectors being welded with all 4 wheels on the floor... mine wasn't done this way and I've yet to have a problem with them... I was and still am satisfied after over a year with them on...

for a 2 point, it might make more of a difference... but for the 3 point that I have, it seemed to matter a bit less, because it was supporting more from the center and lca brackets first...
