Default Do they make 275/40/17 BFG DR's?

As the title states,

Do they make the bfg's in that size? I was looking for them last night and i could not find that size. Can you guys help me out?

I was going to just get some nitto 555r's until i found out they dont stick very well. Right now i have bolt ons and spray. I also have a cam waiting for install so i need a tire that can hook up but still be good for a DD

Nittos lose traction terribly as the weather gets cooler. Below 50 degrees they are pretty much useless IMO.

yes the do. I had a set put on yesterday. The sticker says bf goodrich T/A Drag radial. Is that what yall are looking for?

Yes, I have a set. They are based on the old design though, not the new NT tread pattern.

true.. the old bfg DR style is still made in 17s, just not the newer style.

I was trying to get the NT tread because the old design is pretty damn ugly. But it looks like those are the only bfg's i can get

BFG does make it, they are running $179.00 each right now. They would need to be ordered in. If BFG has them in stock they would be 10-14 days out with the holidays. It doesn't show up on the link because we are out of stock. I urge anyone looking for a particular product of a brand we carry to give us a call if you don't see it on our site. We should be able to order them in for you.

Oh thats good info! Me and a friend with a cobra are looking for theses tires and we both plan to buy them at the same time after the holidays.

Why not get some ET Street radials? They'll hook much better than BFG's.

Because i dont know how they will hold up on the street. I DD my car. I thought i heard something about those tires wobbling at high speeds. Is this true?

Mine never wobbled. They'll sway a little if you lower em down to 15psi or so but if they're at 26-28psi they're fine. They won't last long though.

I dd with Mickeys on my car for about 7 months. I never experienced a wobble and they hook great, but you never wanna get caught in the rain with them especially on the interstate! Very scary!
