Right now I'm trying to avoid getting one unpainted. I'd prefer to find one that's already Silver. I am quickly realizing it's difficult to find one, however I'm not in a hurry, once April comes around that's when I might have to settle for an unpainted hood.

I've been thinking about selling mine and going with a lift-off style. Maybe we can work something out. The manta stripe is painted, and the entire hood was cleared to get rid of any ridge on the stripe. Here's a quick pic...
