You shouldnt have to run spacers with 275s... what offset do your wheels have? and is your car lowered/have an adj phb?

I don't know what you consider modding your car. All I had to do was a little massaging of the inner fender well with a hammer to fit my 315's. They were 11.5" tread width across. My new 305's are 12" tread width and with a little more massaging they fit ok. I just went back and painted the inner fender well.

Are you still running the stock wheels?

on the street i run stock 245/50/16s on the strip i run 275/45/17 bfg drag radials. my car is not lowered, it doesnt have aftermarket axels suspension etc. however with the 275's i have to use 5/16 inch spacers. otherwise the bumpstops get in the way

what wheels are you running on these tires? Do you know the offset? also, to get the wheels/tires on without a spacer. Just jack the car up from the differential. the bumpstop wont be in the way anymore.

you only really need to roll the fenders if the cars lowered. Even when I had a prokit I had no problems, but when I got sportlines thats when my tires began to get cut up

if youre tires are rubbing the inside. just drive around, take the tire off, and then hit in the areas that have the scrapes. And I rolled my fenders all the way.

Stock Camaro SS an WS6 tires are 275's . . . so I have no idea why you are haivng issues, unles you have an aftermarket wheel with a funky offset . . .
