Exclamation Has anyone installed Mad Racing Concepts seats?

http://www.madracingconcepts.com/Seats/seats.htm

I read a post awhile back about these seats being a good deal for what they're worth and was wondering if anyone has installed these in an F-body and if so what type of seat brackets/sliders did they have to come up with or fabricate to get them to fit/installed?

I found his write up on installing similar seats. Looks like he was a PM block on so I can't contact him.

I was wondering if anyone had used these type of seats with Sparco seat bases and sliders for an f-body. I use to have Sparco's in another f-body but since sold them but I still have the seat bases and sliders.

I am formerly DEMONBIRD. I used the Arizen brackets on the seats (after trying to mount to stock rails which worked but sat WAYYY too high).

The seats come with sliders, if you can get Arizen to sell you their brackets (or find someone who bought their seats to order them for you) they will bolt right in and fit great!

All the seats are a Recaro knock-off originally so Recaro brackets will work as well. Your Sparcos might work... Where do you live?

Post a pic of your brackets, then I might be able to tell you...

I have their DAD seats in my 1986 Iroc. I used the stock rails and simply drilled new holes in them to make them mount with the DAD seats

i have brc racing seats. i used my stock sliders just took 2 pieces of thin metal 4 inches long i had to drill a hole in the back and front of the metal and tack welded 5/16 bolts on them so i didnt need to use to wrenches and they worked great.
