get with one of the sponsers that specialize in heads(patriat heads, thunder racing, ect) and ask them, they will be able to give you a better answer

The cost will be different from shop to shop. Shop rates differ, and different people will spend different amounts of time on them. There are also several things that can be ported, leaving room for choices as to what needs/gets ported. Call around...
