Default LS-1 to 82 full size Blazer

I have a 1982 full size 2 wheel drive Blazer. [I] am getting ready to do an LS-1 swap from a 2002 Camaro SS. I have installed the Z)6 cam , I have the stock computer and I plan to use the 700R4 from the truck since it has already been built when I installed the supercharger on the old tbi motor.

Is there anyone on the forum that has completed a similar swap that can give me some pointers and a list of needed parts etc?

Thanks!

I'd recommend asking in this section --> https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps-28/

It is dedicated to stuff like this. Welcome to the forums.

your going to have to adapt the tranny since the ls style trannys use some different sizes.

A few people on CK5.com have done similar swaps. I'm in the process of doing an LQ4 into a '70 4wd Blazer. unless you have lots of money get a donor vehicle.
