If I were you, I would put nothing but a decent twin disk in there.

I cant say I am a fan of SPEC clutches, I have heard a lot of bad stories. I went with the LS7 clutch/flywheel and it is awesome, only thing I dont like about it is it weighs the same if not a little more than the stock set-up, but thats no big deal at all. Engagement is right around the same spot as it was stock, and it still has a stock pedal feel, but it hooks really well.

ls7 would be a good clutch, but are you planning on doing many other mods because if you are then I would go with a stage II or III and get used to the pedal feel and do it right the first time.

Clutchmasters. I'm putting down 431hp and it holds just fine for drag racing , autox and road race. Feels like stock. Get a new flywheel too, it makes a difference.

Spec Stage 3 is in our street cars. The one in now has about 400 passes on it and 40K plus miles. It is just a regular stage 3.

ls7 clutch sucks ***. dont tell this guy to get it, he will smoke that thing doing any type of real launches.

specs are decent, i had a stage 3 in my t/a and it was great. textralia makes real good stuff too, expensive but good.
