not charging i have a99 silverado and i just put a 6.0 in it and the only problem i am running in to is the fact that it will not charge or hold a charge. I took the alternator to autozone and it is putting out 15 volts and it is also new along with the battery. Does anybody have any ideas as to why it is doing this??
