Pics of Installed Gauges!
Finally got these damn things in. Finished the install on the third day, everything seemed to go wrong, so I pretty much did everything twice
This is a triple gauge pillar with Trans Temp, Water Temp, and A/F Ratio. All are Autometer Carbon Fiber Ultra-Lites. Check out the pics and if you have any questions let me know! Thanks!

I bought the pillar used from a guy real cheap. You can get them an Tybrne, Summit, or Jegs, they are made my Autometer and will probably be sold at anyplace that sells Autometer stuff. New they are a little less than $60.

Is there a way to wire in a functional TEMP gauge? 99-up temp gauges are basically idiot gauges. They aren't accurate. I would like to have an accurate temp gauge so I know my temps while at the track.

Lookin good!
14u2nv, Yes, you can wire in an after market temp guage. If you still want to retain the use of the stock temp guage, than you can install a new seding unit in either the pass. head back by cyl. #8, or there is a drain plug you can remove in the block, behind the starter.
If you don't care about the stock guage working anymore, just take out the stock sending unit, and put in a new sending unit and guage.
I use the drain plug behind the starter for mine, and kept the function of the stock guage too. I wanted to see the difference between the 2. In my case, there is around a 20* difference.

Mike, What thermostat do you have?
I'm running a 160* t-stat, and under normal driving (in the Texas heat) the operating temp stays between 180 and 190. Yet the stock guage still reads 210.

You need to change the settings on your fans... the stock settings are like 220 I just had my fans set to around 180, much better never gets above 185
